Trends: Advini aiming for a turnover of 30million Euros by 2015

reated in January 2010 from the fusion of the two companies JeanJean and Laroche, Advini has showed great results from the start: Turnover has increased by 11.4% going up to 185.9million Euros and a net profit increase of 76.6%, compared to 2009, reaching 2.3million Euros. These excellent results confirm the 1st trimester for 2011, with a turnover of 44.2million Euros (+10.6% compared to the previous trimester). For 2011, Advini anticipates a global double-digit growth. In this context, the dividend payment of 32 cents (euro) by action (+60% by contrast to 2010) will be proposed at the General Assembly on 3rd June 2011.

The strategic plan of “Opus Vini 2015” with its acquisition politics (the acquisition of a company allows for superior advantages to buying costs thanks to the effects of synergy, economies, scales…) allows “the development of brands and an increase in range”, according to the wine companies. The plan continues and the acquisition in January 2011 of company Reutenauer Vins Sud-Ouest (Cahors) by a channel of Advini (Rigal) corresponds with this wish to develop the range. The strategic plan signed in March 2011 by Advini and Fauchon, fulfills the logic to increase the range. This agreement particularly allows the licenced production and distribution of wines signed by Fauchon.

The director of Advini, Antoine Leccia, is counting on a turnover of 300million Euros by 2015.
