Congrès International Wine Active Compounds 2014

La 3^ième édition du Congrès International se tiendra à Beaune, les 26, 27 et 28 mars 2014.

Les connaissances les plus récentes sur les Composés Actifs du Vin seront abordées au travers de regards croisés entre sciences expérimentales et Sciences Humaines et Sociales, avec 4 sessions centrées sur les aspects pratiques œnologiques, sensorialité, santé et sur la comparaison de pratiques viticoles (conventionnel, biologique, biodynamique…).

The 3rd edition of the International conference will take place in Beaune, France from March 26h to 28^th, 2014.

Recent advances on Wine Active Compounds will be discussed through intersecting views between experimental sciences and social and human sciences, with 4 sessions devoted to enological practices aspects, sensory, health, and vineyard practices comparisons (conventional, organic, biodynamic…).
