Due to the spread of Covid-19, the WBWE Asia exhibition, originally scheduled for 29 and 30 May 2020, has been postponed until 12 and 13 July 2020”, have announced the organisers of the second World Bulk Wine Exhibition in Yantai (Shandong region). Like ProWine Asia and Vinexpo Hong Kong (respectively postponed until 13-16 July and 8-10 July), WBWE Asia is banking on a return to normal trade between Europe and Asia this summer.

We know that the WBWE is an important event for the wine industry in Asia. We are working day and night to create the best possible venue for our community in July, when the industry is in the midst of its return to normal”, is the message sent out by WBWE organisers (Comexposium and Pomona Keepers) to their exhibitors and visitors.

Leading trade show

WBWE Asia is the “leading trade fair for the bulk wine trade in China”. In 2019, WBWE Asia brought together 140 exhibitors, accounting for 55% of international bulk wine supplies, and 4,000 visitors from 35 countries at its first edition at the Yantai Exhibition Centre.
