Training : 40th anniversary of the Institute for Commercial Promotion (IPC) of Wines and Spirits.

The 40th class of students from the IPC Wines and Spirits got a top notch patron : Duclot (the Negoce business of the holding company Videlot), represented by Elisabeth Jaubert.

The ambassador of Petrus sung praise for this professional training program she is fond of (though not an alumni from) thanks to « its closeness to the industry players, which morphs the students into effective ambassadors of Bordeaux Wines, the quality of the teaching over a short period of time (10 months including an internship).


This event had the class meet at Bordeaux Lac showcasing its near perfect men-women parity (with 31 women) , international diversity (5 students are chinese, 3 african, 1 spanish and 1 romanian) and range in age : from 19 to 64 years.

Established in 1974 by the Chambre du Commerce et de l'Industrie and the Bordeaux Trade, IPC delivers a state approved specialised management diploma (Bac + 2 years equivalent) and also offers short training programs.
