Welcome to the Winners of the Challenge Millésime Bio into the Wine Alley Plaza !
D

edicated to organic wines, the Millésime Bio wine fair gathered over 300 producers in Montpellier last 26-28 January 2009. Most of them came from France and, of course Languedoc-Roussillon, but an increasing part of the offer came from foreign countries, especially Spain and Italy. "Our ambition is to gather the widest range of offer, in order to attract the vastest crowd of buyers and make Millésime Bio what it should be : the world-first fair for organic wines", said Thierry Julien, président of the association of organic vintners of Languedoc Roussillon (AIVB LR).

The wines featured during the fair are earlier part of a tasting competition that allows organisers to award producer a range of medals, that goes from "Special Award" to Bronze Medal. Wine Alley has given its support to the competition by welcoming the producers whose wines have been distinguished by a Special Award or a Gold Medal into the Wine Alley Plaza. The Organic Wine section of the Plaza will soon be ready and proud to welcome the following estates:
