After the estate Allary Haut-Brion (a neighbour of Haut-Brion) last February, wine trade company Clarence Dillon just bought Château L’Arrosée, a 9.5 ha estates in Saint-Emilion.

The Grand Cru Classé belonged to Roger and Jean-Philippe Caille who had bought it in 2002 from François Rodhain, who had inherited it from his grand father Georges Dupuch (an active member of the Saint-Emilion coop) in 1956. In June 2011, Domaine Clarence Dillon had bought le Château Tertre Daugay (16 hectares), since the renamed Château Quintus, a neighbour of Château L'Arrosée, which is its official buyer, as a subsidy of Domaine Clarence Dillon.
