eld annually by supermarkets, Wine Fairs seduce French consumers. A study by Cegma Topo reveals. 71.5% of visitors go to wine fairs with the intention to buy, half of them even has a clear idea of ​​the purchase to make. The event succeeded in turning visitors into buyers: 1 in 2, which did not originally intend to buy, was tempted by a purchase. The average amount spent per buyer is € 110.

But 15% of visitors come outwithout buying and a tenth of people coming with the intention to purchase, leaves without buying. When the buyer is advised, he purchased more (155 € against € 95).
