t the presentation of of the company’s new business project, ‘Agility’, Pernod Ricard announced some changes to their organisation. The developpment and global strategy of the group’s wine brands is entrusted to a new company, baptised ‘Premium Wine Brands’. Jean-Christophe Coutures, CEO of Pernod Ricard Pacific since 2008, will head up the new company, and has in his portfolio wines from Australia (Jacob’s Creek), New Zealand (Montana and Brancott) and also Spanish and Argentinian wines with global appeal (Campo Viejo and Graffigna).

The group is also extending its wine distribution to Africa, as the Agility project includes the creation of Pernod Ricard Sub-Saharan Africa, which will be linked to the company’s European division.
